To honour and congratulate Tamworth Football Club, who have just secured promotion back to the National League, we’ve arranged for the Tamworth Castle to be lit up red to mark this achievement.
We’ll be lighting the castle red on 20 April, on the last day of the season.
The club’s promotion to the National League will bring more people to our town, will increase tourism and will further support our town centre businesses. We, your local Tamworth Conservatives, believe in being ambassadors for our town and it’s therefore absolutely right to be marking this achievement
