The votes were counted yesterday in the local elections for Tamworth Borough Council and we, your local Tamworth Conservatives, won one seat and Labour won nine.
Thank you to the 15,781 residents who took the time to submit a vote.
We have lost some good councillors and candidates, but of course somebody has to lose - thatโs all part and parcel of it. I hope those who lost pick themselves up and come back fighting.โฆ
