An enjoyable, but very cold, campaign session in Wilnecote today with Tamworth Conservatives Ward Councillor, Cllr Daniel Maycock. 
I really enjoyed the wide ranging conversation I had at length with local resident, Kim, who we also found out towards the end is the mum of an old school friend of mine when I was at Belgrave High School. We agreed on a lot of things. I hope I was able to explain how difficult some of the things are to fix, but I believe I left Kim in the knowledge that good and well-intentioned people are trying to improve our town. 
Part of my role as Conservative Group Leader, in my opinion, is to support and be there for my colleagues. I will support all of my colleagues during their election campaigns as Leader.
